As a child of Iranian immigrants, I understand the challenges of navigating the intersection of culture and identity. Also an artist and intuitive, I’m deeply passionate about collaboration, self-exploration, and celebrating the unique complexity that makes you, you.
I work holistically and intuitively, blending evidence-based therapy with creative, embodied modalities. I’m also a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner with a background in supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families for over a decade.
Healing is a personal and creative act. I see myself not just as your therapist, but a fellow traveler on your path to rediscovering your purpose, vitality, and wholeness.

I see our work together as a sacred space—one where you’re invited to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced.
Our relationship becomes a living, breathing container for real-time exploration. Together, we’ll examine patterns, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and courage. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks—Jungian, existential, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative, and more—and integrate mindfulness, creative expression, and somatic awareness to support your whole self.
Whether we’re unpacking grief, navigating identity, or working through relationship dynamics, I bring presence, humor, and a deep respect for your unique path. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about remembering who you are and finding new ways to move forward with authenticity and purpose.
